Used to solve the problem of MS sealant on some non-stick, difficult to stick and some poorly bonded materials.
It is better to use it with 792. It has good adhesion to most substrates, such as anodized aluminum, unoxidized copper, unrusted iron plate, stainless steel, PVC, glass, acrylic, ceramic, glass, most wood, most plastics, etc. The range of bonding substrates is wider than using a single coupling agent, and the compatibility effect is better. It is recommended to use 792 to solve the dry bonding problem of thermal insulation integrated board (calcium silicate board). |
| How to use
|
Keep 3-4kg of 792 coupling agent in the original formula, and add 2-6kg 882. The formula and process do not need to be changed. You can also try to use it with 540 and 550 at 1:1, 1:1.5 or 1:2, and the addition amount is 6-9‰. In order to obtain stable quality, the aging performance needs to be tested during the small test process, and serious thickening and poor curing should not occur. |
| First aid measures and safe storage | Prevent inhalation or skin contact. First aid measures: Rinse quickly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes or seek medical assistance.
