Suitable for single-component room temperature vulcanized ketoxime type transparent silicone sealant and variegated glue. Using this product to replace methyl tetrabutyl ketoxime silane in equal amounts can significantly accelerate the deep curing speed of the glue without changing other properties of the glue, especially when the temperature is low. The effect is more obvious, effectively solving the problems of slow curing speed and easy bulging of the glue under low temperature conditions. The biggest feature: no crystallization at low temperature, and the curing effect is faster than tetrabutyl ketoxime silane. |
| How to use
|
This product can be added together with methyl tributylidene oxime silane during the glue making process, or it can be directly added to replace tetrabutyl oxime silane according to your own production process. There is no need to change the addition method of other additives. It can be directly added to the additives on the automatic line for use. The reference addition amount is 0.15%~0.45%. When the addition amount exceeds 0.6%, the shelf life will be significantly reduced. |
| First aid measures and safe storage | Prevent inhalation or skin contact. First aid measures: Rinse eyes quickly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes or seek medical assistance. Plastic barrel packaging: 25L barrel, 200L barrel, please seal the lid immediately after use; it should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, prevent exposure, and should be isolated from heat and fire. The unopened shelf life is 12 months. |
