It is a crosslinking agent suitable for the production of ketoxime type transparent and variegated silicone sealants. It can be used alone. It is generally recommended to be used together with methyl tributylidene oxime silane. Compared with traditional crosslinking agents, it has four product characteristics: 1. It can significantly reduce the Shore hardness of ketoxime type silicone, making the rubber strip softer, and increase the elongation and tear resistance of the rubber strip; 2. It can extend the surface drying time of the glue and improve the high and low temperature resistance of ketoxime type silicone; 3. Without adding a chain extender, the modulus of the glue can be reduced without the formula; 4. The elastic recovery rate of the rubber strip using this product is good, which is suitable for high-grade ketoxime type silicone. |
| How to use
|
The usage of this product alone can refer to the usage of methyl tributylan oxime silane. It is recommended to use it with methyl tributylan oxime silane to replace it in equal amounts to reduce costs. The reference addition amount is 5-15kg. The specific amount depends on the customer’s product requirements. It can be used in automatic lines. |
| First aid measures and safe storage | Prevent inhalation or skin contact. First aid measures: If contact occurs, rinse quickly with plenty of water or seek medical assistance. Plastic barrel packaging, net weight 25kg, should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, prevent rain, and isolate from heat sources and fire. Stacking should not exceed 3 layers, unopened shelf life is 12 months. |
