This product is an alkoxysilane polymer, which is specially used to improve the extrusion performance of silicone under low temperature conditions. The extrusion flow rate is increased by more than 20%, which is especially suitable for winter formulas. The small amount added will not cause the glue to thicken, and it is cost-effective and has no effect on the shelf life of silicone. |
| How to use
|
This product can be added together with the crosslinking agent during the glue making process, or it can be added in the last step. It can also be added directly according to your own production process without changing the addition method of other additives. The automatic line can be directly added to the additives for use. The reference usage is: The addition amount is 0.3~0.7‰ of the total formula. Please contact the company’s technical staff for special usage. |
