This product is a new type of silane polymer deep fast curing agent. Compared with D31 on the market, it has the following characteristics: 1. The appearance is colorless and transparent. 2. Low viscosity, similar to water. 3. No crystallization at low temperature. We tested that it will not crystallize at -20℃. There is no need to worry about baking during use and blocking of pipelines during production. 4. It is suitable for all condensation types of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (silicone). 5. No thickening or discoloration. 6. Low odor, and the curing speed is better than D31. |
| How to use
|
This product can be added together with the crosslinking agent during the glue making process, or it can be added directly according to its own production process. There is no need to change the addition method of other additives. It can be directly mixed with the additives on the automatic line for use. The reference winter formula addition amount is 0.3%~0.7%. The sliding door glue solidifies quickly and can be added in a larger amount. The amount of D30 can be appropriately reduced and the amount of 90 can be appropriately increased without affecting the shelf life. |

Plastic barrel packaging, net weight 4x5kg, should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, prevent rain, and isolate from heat sources and fire. Stacking should not exceed 5 layers. The unopened shelf life is 10 months. |
