This product is a new type of dimethylsilane polymer chain extender. Compared with ordinary chain extenders on the market, it has the following characteristics: 1. The appearance is colorless and transparent. 2. Low viscosity, similar to water. 3. No crystallization at low temperature, no need to worry about inconvenience in use and pipeline blockage in production. 4. Suitable for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (silicone) of all condensation types. 5. No thickening or discoloration. 6. Suitable for all colors, especially transparent and white products. 7. Low odor or odorless, and temperature resistant. It can be used normally whether it is glue making or automatic line. |
| How to use
|
This product can be added together with the crosslinking agent during the glue making process, can be added in the last step, or can be added directly according to your own production process, without changing the addition method of other additives. The automatic line can be directly added to the additives for use. The reference addition amount is 0.3%~1.0%. Products that require softness and good elongation can be added to 1.5%, and the shelf life will not be affected. |

Plastic barrel packaging, net weight 4x5kg, should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, prevent rain, and isolate from heat sources and fire. Stacking should not exceed 5 layers. The unopened shelf life is 10 months. |
