It is suitable for single-component room temperature vulcanized ketoxime type transparent silicone sealant, with multiple active groups and strong bonding strength. It can improve the bonding strength and peeling adhesion of glass, ceramics, stone, plastic steel and most metals (aluminum, copper, iron) and other substrates. It can also have a certain adhesion on the surface of difficult-to-bond substrates such as PVC and polar plastics, especially has good bonding strength to stainless steel. |
| How to use
|
This product can be used for ketoxime transparent adhesive. It is added after the crosslinking agent in the adhesive making process. The addition amount is 8-13 parts per cylinder (750). In order to achieve the best bonding effect, it is recommended to add 2-3 parts of KH-501 or KH-560 or KH-792 per cylinder. The recommended addition amount of variegated adhesive is 5-8‰, added together with organic tin. It can also be adjusted under the guidance of engineers according to actual conditions. Operation precautions: It should not be exposed to the air for a long time. Keep it evenly dispersed during use. The adhesion is related to the pH value of the gas phase. Sometimes the adhesion is not good. You can try the gas phase of different manufacturers. |
| First aid measures and safe storage |
Prevent inhalation or skin contact. First aid measures: If contact occurs, rinse quickly with plenty of water or seek medical assistance. 20Kg/barrel, non-dangerous cargo. Store in a cool, ventilated, dry place, avoid rain, and isolate from heat and fire. The number of stacking layers should not exceed 3 barrels. The unopened shelf life is 12 months. |
